Since 1997, Access2Care Family Medical Center has given Arizona families access to quality medical care they can trust — nearly three decades of putting patients first. “Care” isn’t just in our name; it’s who we are. We still believe in the old “family doc” principle: caring for the entire family, from cradle to grave. Our patients range from a few days old to over 101, and we proudly care for three and even four generations of the same family. As a family-owned practice, we live by our motto: “to cure sometimes, to relieve often, to comfort always.”

We build a personalized plan around you: careful medication management (including $10 options), practical lifestyle coaching on diet and activity, and regular monitoring to keep your numbers in a safe range for life.

We help you keep your HbA1c under 7 through tailored medication plans, nutrition guidance, regular lab work (including our $75 comprehensive panels), and steady support to prevent complications and protect your long-term health.

Men’s Health
Discreet, straightforward care for the issues men too often put off. We evaluate and treat erectile dysfunction (ED), low testosterone (Low T), and prostate concerns including PSA screening — plus cardiovascular risk assessment — with honest answers and practical options tailored to you.
Women’s Health
Comprehensive, respectful care for women at every stage of life. We provide well-woman exams and Pap smears, contraception counseling and management, and prompt diagnosis and treatment of concerns such as vaginal discharge and bacterial vaginosis — in a comfortable setting where every question is welcome.

Our Self Pay rates are discounted to $100 for New Patient Office Visit if you book and pay online at Book Appointment and $80 for Established Patient Office Visit if you book and pay online at Book Appointment. If you would rather not book and pay online, our New Patient Office Visit is $120 and our Established Patient Office Visit is $100.
